10 things you didn't know about wool
Felicity Ford
Lots of subjects lend them selves to geekery and the past few years has seen the rise of the 'knitting geek'...
This talk will bust a few myths about Wool! By the end you should be able to tell your Herdwicks from your Bowmont Brafs, and your worsted-spun yarn from your woollen spun yarn. We will also explore the exciting online world of Ravelry, learn why Rams have such big balls, meet some surfing sheep, and learn about the UK's rarest sheep breed.
